Mission
The mission of the School provides the focus for all activities.
In meeting the mission the school specifically aims to:
- Create a community permeated by Christian faith and values, which recognises the centrality of Christ.
- Help students attain their potential academically, socially, emotionally, physically and aesthetically.
- Help students to reach maturity through self-knowledge, a responsible attitude to their own health and the well being of the wider world.
- Encourage students to develop relationships with other people that are marked by respect and concerned care.
- Encourage students to play a full part in the community through their leadership, example and service.
- Encourage an active and cooperative relationship between school and home.
Rule of Life
Our School’s rule of life; "Let us run with resolution the race set before us" is a quotation from the Bible (Hebrews 12:1), which makes a comparison between an athlete running a race and our journey through life. The key point is that we must all have a race plan for life. There is no point in us aimlessly wandering through life without a vision of what we wish to do with our lives. We must all seek to put purpose into our existence.
