Scone Grammar School recognises that being connected to a community is a key protective factor in a young person's life.  The advantages of a K-12 School become evident when one observes the way in which each child is nurtured through the many stages and associated challenges in their lives.  Our proactive Pastoral Care systems recognise that young people are resources to be developed and not problems to be solved.  By working closely with our students, our teachers develop strong and enduring relationships that provide a sense of belonging, and promote the confidence to participate and the opportunity to realise potential.  Peer Support programmes in K-6 and Secondary PAS groups both assist as integral components of the pastoral care development.
